Privacy Policy

Account: your email address and, on Discord server-owner plans, your Discord server ID (Guild ID). If you link your Discord account, we also store your Discord user ID and username so we can grant or remove your community role.

Payment: handled by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see your card details. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your subscription status.

Dashboard data you create: your ticker watchlist and your screener preferences, so they sync across your devices.

Technical: each time you log in we store a session record containing your IP address, your browser's user agent, and the time of your last login.

Support: if you use the support widget or contact form, we collect the name you provide (optional), your email address, your message and its topic, your IP address, your browser's user agent, and a random session identifier stored in your browser's localStorage. The widget also logs interaction events (widget opened, question clicked, feedback given) grouped under that session identifier.

Email: to send login magic-links (or, if you set one, password-reset links) and account notices. Discord server ID and user ID: to deliver alert feeds to the right server and to grant or remove your community role. Payment info: to process and manage your subscription. Watchlist and preferences: to power your dashboard and keep it in sync across devices. Session and technical data: to keep you logged in, secure your account, and debug issues. Support data: to answer your request, keep a record of the conversation, and measure which answers help so we can improve support.

Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional and support email), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Neon (Postgres database hosting). These vendors have their own privacy policies and we only share what's strictly needed for them to function. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiling.

Account data (email, Discord identifiers, subscription record, watchlist, and preferences) is kept while your subscription is active. You can request deletion at any time, including after cancellation.

Login session records expire automatically and are pruned after expiry.

Contact-form submissions and support-widget events (including IP address and user agent) are retained until you ask us to delete them — contact support to request deletion.

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time. Contact support with your request — we will respond within 14 days.

We use a single session cookie (tob_customer_session) for the customer dashboard. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We use Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate page views. It is privacy-friendly: it sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites.

The support widget stores a random session identifier in your browser's localStorage so your interactions with the widget are grouped into a single session.
