Troubleshooting & FAQ

Common questions and quick fixes.

The bot joined my server, but no alerts are posting.

1. Check that you ran /connect code:YOUR-CODE or connected via the dashboard.
2. Make sure you mapped the feed to a channel using /account/server or /setup-options channel:#channel.
3. Run /status in Discord to verify channel bindings.
4. Note that options flow alerts only trigger when institutional whale orders meeting our conviction criteria occur on market days (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM ET).

Can I send all alert feeds into a single channel?

Yes! In the dashboard dropdowns or via slash commands, simply select the same channel (e.g. #all-signals) for Options, News, Gap, and Covered Calls.

How do I switch the bot to a different Discord server?

Go to Server Setup or Preferences and click "Disconnect Server". The bot will release the license, and you can re-authorize or run /connect on your new server.

How do I upgrade from Starter to Pro for real-time alerts?

You can upgrade at any time from your Billing page. As soon as the upgrade completes, your Discord bot switches to sub-second real-time relay (~500 ms) and unlocks 0-DTE covered calls immediately without needing to re-invite the bot.
