What is VorteX?
VorteX surfaces smart-money options flow — real-time unusual options activity and whale orders (large, aggressive institutional bets) — plus macro news and trend/gap alerts. Each alert is filtered to the moves that matter and explained in plain English. Get it on a $19.99/mo web dashboard, or as white-labeled feeds inside your community's Discord.

What is unusual options activity, and what's a "whale" order?
Unusual options activity is options trading that's far above the normal volume for a contract — a sign that someone is taking a large, deliberate position. A whale order is a single big, aggressive trade (a sweep that hits multiple exchanges at once, or a large block) carrying high premium. These are the institutional footprints that often move ahead of a stock, so they're the prints we surface.
What markets and tickers do you cover?
U.S.-listed equities and ETFs with liquid options — the large- and mid-cap names institutions actually trade. We scan the whole listed options tape and filter down to the high-premium, unusual prints, so you see the tickers where smart money is active rather than a fixed watchlist.
What's the difference between the dashboard and the Discord feeds?
The Dashboard ($19.99/mo) is a web app for individual traders: watch the live options flow, browse the HUD alert cards, get AI explanations, and dig into per-ticker analytics. The Discord feeds are for community owners: we deliver branded, white-label alert cards straight into your server's channels so you can run (and resell to) your own paid community.
What do I get on the dashboard?
A live options-flow tape, the HUD alert cards (each whale print explained in plain English), AI-written context on what a flow likely means, per-contract history charts, and ticker analytics. You also get our public tools — the Levels page and the Scoreboard — in one place.
What are the free Levels and Scoreboard pages?
Both are free, no login required. Levels shows key options-derived support/resistance and gamma levels for major tickers. The Scoreboard ranks recent flow by how it played out. They're a taste of the data — the live flow, alerts, and AI context live behind the dashboard.
How do I get started?
Dashboard: subscribe, log in by email magic-link, and the live flow is right there. Server owner: subscribe, click 'Connect my Discord server' to authorize the bot via OAuth, then pick which channel each feed posts to. Either way you're live in a couple of minutes.
Do I need my own data feed, broker, or extra software?
No. VorteX is fully hosted — everything runs in the web dashboard or posts into your Discord. You don't need a market-data subscription, a trading terminal, or any install.
Where does the options flow data come from, and how fast is it?
From real-time market-data feeds. We continuously scan the options tape and surface the high-premium, unusual prints within seconds of them hitting — not a firehose of every trade, just the institutional footprint worth watching.
How much does it cost?
The solo-trader Dashboard is $19.99/mo, or $199/yr (two months free). Community owners who want white-label Discord feeds have dedicated plans — see the Pricing page for current tiers. All plans are billed through Stripe.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Billing is monthly or annual, your choice, and renews automatically until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page or directly in Stripe. Your access stays active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.
Do you offer refunds?
Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access through the period you've already paid for. We don't issue retroactive refunds for the current period. If something's wrong with your account or billing, email support and we'll make it right.
Is my account and Discord data private?
Yes. We only use the Discord permissions you grant to post alerts into the channels you pick — we don't read your members' messages. Account data is used to run your subscription, never sold. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
